Orvik

At the edge of the village, the pavement gives way to a narrower path. The morning is still cool, the fields are open, and the distance seems suddenly more inviting. Orvik begins with bergamot and lemon, sharpened by pink pepper, before the green heart of the perfume comes into view.

Vetiver gives it an earthy direction. Clary sage brings an aromatic, almost windswept quality, while iris introduces a smoother texture. Cedar and sandalwood shape the finish, with an ambergris accord adding a subtle warmth beneath the woods. Orvik feels composed without appearing dressed for an occasion. It is for the pleasure of being outside, of walking far enough for the noise of the day to become somebody else’s concern.
