The House Of CAÉLOR
Accessibility Help
Discovering a fragrance should begin with being able to explore it. This page describes the help available on the website and how to tell us if something makes your visit difficult.

Our Approach
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. Our design work takes account of readable text, clear navigation, keyboard access and different screen sizes. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design reference.
This is a statement of our approach and available help, not a claim that an independent accessibility audit has certified every page. We continue to review the site as content and features change.
Images, Motion And Readability
The homepage slideshow has previous, next and pause controls. Automatic playback is paused when your device requests reduced motion. The slides can also be browsed using the arrow keys while a slideshow control has keyboard focus.
Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative details do not need to be read aloud. The site reflows for smaller screens, and you can enlarge text or use your browser's zoom controls. The layout is designed to work without relying on colour alone to identify an action or selected filter.
Some lettering is part of product artwork and may not be fully reproduced in an image description. The surrounding page provides the product name and available details; ask us if you need a particular label transcribed.
Using Enquiry Forms
Fields have labels, and required information is identified. Validation messages describe information that needs attention. Where possible, an error summary links to the affected field so you can correct it without re-entering the rest of the form.
Public enquiry forms do not require an account or an image-solving CAPTCHA. If submitting a form is difficult, you may write to CAÉLOR at the correspondence address on the Legal Information page.
The catalogue can be read without JavaScript. Interactive filters, slideshow controls and cookie-setting buttons require it; if it is disabled, the catalogue products and policy information remain available.
Tell Us What You Need
If something prevents you from using the website, please use Contact Us and select “Other”, or write to the address on our Legal Information page.
It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, the difficulty you encountered and the format or assistance you would find useful. Your device, browser or assistive technology may also help us investigate. You do not need to share a diagnosis, medical details or other sensitive information.
We will consider requests for information in another format and reasonable adjustments to the way we respond. Please include any relevant deadline so we can understand your needs.
Continuing To Improve
We check core navigation, forms and responsive layouts during website updates. Browser and assistive-technology combinations can behave differently, so practical feedback remains valuable.
Third-party websites linked from the catalogue have their own accessibility arrangements. We cannot change their interfaces, but you can let us know if an external link creates a barrier to information about CAÉLOR.
